All entries into the Tadousac are locked at all times, but intercoms in the apartments permit you to converse with guests in the lobby areas and to permit entry without leaving your apartment. Steam heat keeps the building warm during the winter months, and window air conditioners and ceiling fans keep the building cool in the summer. Water, sewer, and trash are included in the rental cost. Sorry, pets are not permitted in the Tadousac.
