The unit has a dedicated parking spot and a small fenced yard. The apartment is on the back side of a house which is rented on a short/medium term basis so note there is the possibility of some noise through the adjoining walls. The units also share a hot water heater, but the apartment has it own baseboard heat/thermostat and portable AC unit. A dog is allowed so long as it doesn't bark and disturb tenants in the other part of the house. Any length lease is permissible; tenant is welcome to try out the unit for a month to see if it's a good fit. Tenant is responsible for snow removal from the unit to the parking spot, if desired. Lawn care is provided by landlord. No smoking on the property.
