From the current owners:We will miss this historical home. We've invested so much and wish we could move "her"with us. The location near downtown has led to many special memories including walking downtown for coffee on snowy mornings, family bike rides to shops, walks to the library for a good book, and even walks to church on pretty Sunday mornings. It is located near the soon-to-open Bell Tower Green City Park which will be a magnet for families and entertainment all over the region. Our neighbors are some of the kindest and friendliest people we know. We have researched the history of this house. It was built in 1903 by John T. Sossamon who died just shy of a year after it's completion. Our Circa 1903 home in West Square has character and charm in every corner. Many updates and additions! Amazing shop outback. Large fenced in back yard (0.29 acres). The house was just painted! There are 2 large areas of storage, 4 fireplaces (and a fifth behind a wall in fourth bedroom).
