Completely updated kitchen and master bathroom in the last year and expanded 3rd bathroom. Unfortunately I do not have more current photos but hope to soon. This home has an amazing location, nice fenced in backyard and large garden. It currently rents for $2,500/month with the tenants paying utilities so I do not need to sell immediately. With Old Town Fort Collins being such a hot market I'm interested in selling by owner to a qualified party to make sure everyone gets a fair price without unneeded costs. I will pay all closing costs and pay a realtor to review the transaction as a 3rd party (not representing the buyer or seller) to make sure everything is in order.
