Tract 1 was originally zoned as agricultural but amended in 1995 to General Business. A SETEC soil workup is available & the survey shows an existing well on property. There is a communications tower & a 40'ROW along the right boundary to access tract 2 but has never been developed. Tract 2 does not have road frontage, accessed by ROW on tract 1.
