Very nice home. Peaceful and, very few neighbors. Safe, landlord keeps yard and pays water bill. House is very clean and insulated well. Utility bill are not bad according to past tenants. Between Raceland and Mathews. Gas stations, banks, Walmart all with 3 miles. No smoking, no remodeling, no junk cars etc,.. on property. Nice yard. Landlord has property and barn several hundred feet away from house that is not, part of the rental. Renters are responsible for visitors, and responsible for their own property in and outside the house. Minimum 1 year lease. No one that is not listed on the lease agreement, is allowed to live on rental property.
