We frequently host families with young children, and to ensure that it is a safe space for children with allergies, we only allow hypoallergenic animals. -Please note, the fireplace is not currently operational. Also available unfurnished for leases over 12 months for an added fee. Lease Terms: -Lease Length: Flexible lease options available, ranging from 1 to 24 months. -Utilities & Services: Utilities will remain in the owner's name.
