Our single-story two bedroom, 2 bath home is for rent for the winter season. It is fully furnished and is our home that we will be returning to in late Spring so we want it treated well. Snow removal will be required (snow blower and shovels provided). We are in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to downtown with great neighbors and short-term rentals are prohibited in the area. We are looking for rental dates from approx. Nov 1, 2024- April 30, 2025. Please note the snow removal requirement that must be regularly maintained to access the property safely. We plan to have most utilities (water/sewer, gas, electric) included in the rental price w/ any snow removal and hot tub maintenance costs to be discussed before signing the lease. No smoking of any kind will be permitted on/in our property. No cats (severe allergies!); dog negotiable.
