But you'll still have to get those steps in elsewhere so don't go getting lazy on me. The apartment is located in one of the most prime locations you could ask for on 72nd street. 2 blocks from the express Q train that can get you anywhere you need to be in minutes. Also right off of first ave so if you need to escape NYC in a pinch...it's a quick hop to the airport. This unit is unique in that it serves as an amazing one bedroom with a spacious killer living room that gets all of the sunlight you desire or it can easily be set up as a 2 bedroom if you so choose. You guys will just have to have a battle royal to determine who gets the bigger room. :) The kitchen has all of the room you would need to make the pancakes of your dreams and the bathroom is as normal bathrooms are. We have all had those strange tiny bathrooms before yeah? Just me? Well...not this one.
