This management company is very responsive to maintenance issues and packages are directed to a package room at the leasing office (1 building away). We have had no issues with noisy neighbors or with the management. Renter responsible for electric and internet. Off-street parking is available for $75 a month. Cats are allowed with $200 deposit and $25 pet rent. Dogs only allowed as doctor-verified ESAs. This apartment has an income requirement of 2.5x the rent (can be waived with cosigner).
