Our home features beautiful and relaxing views of the downtown area. It is just a 5 to 10-minute walk from downtown amenities and parks. We provide two/three designated outdoor parking spots in front of the house and laundry facilities. We are seeking a long- or short-term renter, and pets are allowed. We have recently completed a major remodel of our bathroom. Additionally, there is a shed on the property available for storing outdoor sporting equipment. Parking spots on the property. Last month's rent can be negotiable at the time of the lease term agreement. Our term options are six or twelve-month lease terms. Pet deposit fees are based on a per-pet basis. The renter/s are responsible for all damages that occur while they are in a lease agreement with us. Each person living in the home will be required to sign a lease agreement contract with the landlord/property manager. Renter/s are required to give a written 30-day notice to the landlord/property manager of any changes to the terms of the contracted agreement.
