The living room area has a wide, super comfortable couch that can seat four, a plush rug, and a stylish corner chair. There is also a large 55" TV and games for everyone to enjoy. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for prepping meals together, with a table that seats three and two barstools just off the kitchen counter. Towards the back of the house, a peaceful office overlooks the backyard palm trees and landscaping, and this room also houses the washer/dryer in the attached closet. Step onto a spacious patio with a luxury pool, hot tub, outdoor dinner table, umbrella, chic hammock, grill, and outdoor games, all surrounded by tropical landscaping. The driveway includes parking for two vehicles, and there is additional free street parking in front of the property. Pet friendly, up to a maximum of two, with a fee of $100 for each pet. We offer airport pick-up and drop-off from Palm Beach International and Fort Lauderdale International. Need a car? Our Mercedes Benz is available to rent through Turo, with pick-up at Palm Beach International Airport or delivery to the driveway. This gorgeous beach town offers a calm atmosphere and is within walking distance to the charming downtown area with cute restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is peaceful and conveniently located near Boynton, Delray, and West Palm Beach. Minimum rental age is 25. Avoid wearing shoes in the house. No parties, events, or guests not included in the booking request. No smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes. No firearms or weapons. Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is at 11am.
