You would have the option to renew after that time frame as well. No pets are allowed at this unit. The month of October is paid for, so you can move in a little early and save a few bucks if you want to. The deposit on the apartment will be $398. This garden-level apartment includes a dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator. There currently is an apartment sized washer and dryer in the unit, which may be purchased if interested. There is a linen closet, a coat closet, bathroom with tub/shower, and 2 bedrooms. There is a siding glass door with walk-out patio area. Directly behind the unit is a fenced horse area which makes for quiet surroundings. Also close to a school to access fields and tracks. Water is included, electric has been running around $40 (to be split between the tenants, heat is electric base board) and there is currently internet that can be split as well. There is a female roommate in one of the bedrooms that will be in the unit until April or May of 2015. The roommate is a quiet, early career professional, who is easy to get along with. The pictures show the apartment as it currently is, with my furnishings. Depending on needs, furniture may be purchased if interested.
