The mature trees make it an Ideal place for our family reunions and outdoor cookouts. The back yard is usually very cool because of the trees. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are very nice. Even though we do not plan to sell our home in the near future, when we do decide to sell, it would make a very nice retirement home or a very good place to raise a family.
