    Exterior Features: Single story tan home is approximately 1500 sq ft with stucco finish. Stucco has several cracks and flaking and needs cleaned/repair. Windows are a combination of both wood and aluminum single pane. Roof is older tile, and appears to need some work. Overall home appears to be in decent shape at best. Interior Features: Livingroom - has hardwood floors in good condition, pellet stove appears to be in decent shape, walls throughout home are lath & plaster. Dinning room has older 8" square floor tile that needs replacing, there was a previous closet in the corner that has been removed and walls need to be repairs from removal. Kitchen has older plywood cabinets and are in need of repair. Floor appears to be approximately 1" lower in kitchen than in the dinning room. There are 4 bedrooms in home as well as a smaller room off of one of the bedrooms. All bedrooms need to have the carpet replaced, the walls appear in overall good condition with the exception on one bedroom where a small closet was removed, and need to have the work completed. (currently it still has the framing with no wall board - this bedroom has a walk in closet) There is what I would call a utility room which has a new forced air furnace, older hot water heater and a electrical pump for the water well located below the house. Two of the bedrooms have a drop in ceiling with 2' x 4' ceiling tiles, all other ceilings are lath and plaster. Single car garage is overflowing with trash and needs clean out.
