Painfully honest: the house needs a few majors repairs. North side and rear of house need siding. Kitchen needs counters/cabinets. Additional room at back of house needs stripped and remodeled. The previous owners trashed the lot and stole wires and piping. We re-wired and plumbed the house. There is a furnace installed, as well as a second furnace and 2 air units uninstalled but staying with the house. NOTE: There is about 5000 in back taxes that we just became aware of. I'm including this in my asking price, and will adjust accordingly to accommodate the buyer. We need to sell quickly, and am pricing with that in mind.
