WELCOMING OUR NEW ROOMATE! The room will be available for 1person ONLY, big restrictions about frequent visitors . The room is big enough for a Queen or full bed. With big windows:). & a lot of closet space. The bathroom is right outside the room which great. Most Importantly We are two roommates who are looking for a candidate who will have to qualify for the following Very Clean, & Organized Appropriately quiet And works well with other roommates. And on time for rent. All these qualities are extremely important because even though this is a beautiful place to rent! We also want to keep it this way. We've had beautiful hallways and no tention air, and we want to keep it this way. With everybody collaborating with keeping the house clean, and in shape so when it's time to come home after a long day of work it's nice & quiet for everybody! The con Ed we split it in 3's. Since my house is a 3 bedroom house The internet as well.
