About the place: The apartment is located four blocks from the 74th St/Roosevelt station. Manhattan is 20-40 mins away depending on where you are going. We recently updated our studio basement with new floors, a renovated bathroom and a new kitchenette countertop. This basement unit does have a separate entrance, which you can access from the back of the house. The space is approximately 350 square feet. All utilities are included (wifi too). In the Summer there will be a $50 increase for AC. Who we're looking for: We're looking for one person but would consider a couple. We will be qualifying prospects to ensure you are currently employed. We require recent paystubs and a minimum income of $40K (combined). We will also be running a credit check. The fee for this is $30. 1st month's rent and 1 month's deposit to move in. About us: We're a couple looking to rent our basement unit. We're respectful of your space and quality of life and expect the same in return. Money isn't the only motivator since we'll be living up stair of the house, so finding a good fit is important.
