1 bedroom, semi- furnished apartment in fixer upper house for sublet. It is located between Rosendale and Kingston, 5 min drive to either. The apartment has a completely separate entrance. The apartment only has a kitchenette with kitchen cabinets, a sink, an induction stove top and a small fridge. The bathroom is full, has bathtub. The house is for sale so I don't know how long the sublet is for, possibly until spring. I can give you a 30 days notice when receive a signed offer. You need to step out of there if occasional showing is happening, but you would get a couple days notice about the date and time. The house has brand new mini split system for heat, new water heater, and new water pressure tank. It's a fixer upper but everything is functional. I am looking for somebody who I can communicate with about showing times and who doesn't have so much stuff to make the house look cluttered. I need to find someone who keeps the place clean. For 1 working individual only. $1300 per month. All utilities included, heat, electric, WiFi. To move in you will need to pay 1st month rent + $1000 security deposit (that I will give back to you if everything is in original state before you moved in). No lease, month to month, but will sign a sublet agreement. You have to deal with taking your trash and recycle to the dump (3 min away), salting the driveway and removing snow. I am in an other state and time zone, so I am unable to organize that from here. Electric, WiFi included. Tenant pays for snow removal and de-icing / salting driveway. Tenant also takes their own garbage and recycle to nearby transfer station (3 min drive).
