The management staff is very kind to tenants and responds quickly to requests. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. You cannot hear your neighbors or the highway inside of your apartment. The complex is also pet friendly. Heat and water are included in the rent. There is also extra storage space included with the apartment in the complex that is locked and very secure.
