I'm looking for a replacement tenant (preferably a grad student) for my bedroom (13 x 12) in a 4 bed 2 bath apartment in Jamaica Plain for January 2025 - September 2025 (there is an option for resigning). I'm ending my lease early for work relocation so the individual who takes over my section of the lease would be asked to pay first and last month's rent in addition to a security deposit of $1,075. The room is the largest in the apartment and has balcony access. My roommates are 3 BU School of Public Health graduate students who enjoy cooking, baking, taking walks, and hosting occasional dinner parties with friends. Its a great area with Franklin park near by, close to both the orange line and bus stops. Ideal roommates would be students as well who are relatively clean and respectful of everyones busy schedules.
