Hi, we have 1 bedroom to rent in our 3-bedroom apartment in Jersey City. It is located 1 short block from the Grove Street PATH station--a 5 minute train ride to downtown Manhattan and a 12 minute ride to midtown--it's closer to the action than Brooklyn! Also, the neighborhood is quite beautiful and safe, many restaurants, parks, and laundry right there for you. I am a theater artist who works in and out of town and our other roommate is a audio engineer who works a regular schedule. We split the utilities three ways and it usually comes to about $45 per person.
