It's about as close to perfect for an antique apartment as one can get. New paint, nice NH cherry cabinetry, a small but nice bathroom; a walk-in closet and a pantry closet. It's an easy walk to downtown Keene. It has electric heat and "may" have heat pump installed this year (no guarantee due to supply chain issues or issues beyond my control). This unit is very well insulated with Thermopane low-e windows. It has oil-fired hot water which is usually cheaper than electric. The house (a triplex) is totally non-smoking (non-vaping also), that includes guests anywhere on the property. This is restrictive, if you like the idea of a totally smoke free environment then this is a great place for you. Annual lease ending July. No cats or dogs, other pets considered.
