Location, Location, Location... The unit is just a 3 min walk to the beach, and a 10 min walk to Coligny. Very walkable area and the bike path is just a few steps from the unit. The condo is also very quite, we never hear our neighbors and its located just above the lagoon fountain which adds a peaceful atmostphere.
