Sciots tract has always been know to be one of the highest demand Forest Service tracts as it has so many great features. There is a club house for community or private events, a playground, community gatherings such as potlucks and spaghetti feeds and ice cream socials. The tract has a year round water system, and is surrounded by Eldorado National Forest. You can walk to Lovers Leap, the American River, Cody Creek, Strawberry Station and so much more. And right out the back of the tract there is mountain biking, lakes and rivers to explore, and a road that leads all the way out to Kirkwood. The cabin has a classic 50's feel and comes furnished. The kitchen opens onto the deck and is great for entertaining. Upstairs are two sleeping areas and you could put a fold out bed in the living room it you wanted even more sleeping area.
