It is located in a seasonal campground in Vernon, New Jersey. It is one of the only seasonal campgrounds in New Jersey that you can own the property. Taxes for the year are roughly around $280. And there is a maintenance fee of around $2700 per year. The campground is equipped with 2 inground heated pools, one with the Lakeview and the other one at the top of the mountain. There is a lake stocked with fish that you can fish offshore or there are boat docks that you can store any type of small fishing boat as long as it has an electric motor. There is also a beach that you could go swimming in the lake..
