Smoking is only permitted outside the Premises. All smoking waste (e.g., cigarette butts, ashes) must be disposed of properly. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the lease and forfeiture of the security deposit. - Lawn Care and Outdoor Maintenance Tenant shall be responsible for all lawn care and outdoor maintenance throughout the term of this lease. This includes mowing the lawn, trimming hedges, raking leaves, removing weeds, and keeping all exterior areas neat and clean.
