I used a window A/C unit but only needed it a handful of times since there are seven windows on floor. This unit is the upper unit in a duplex, which is great for added security. Good neighborhood, I've never had any problems. Quiet neighbor downstairs. TONS of parking. Unit includes one space in a covered garage.
