Tenants pay electricity and gas directly to utility. There is a $100 flat fee for water/sewer/garbage. Tenant pays for electricity and gas. Owner pays for water/sewer/garbage. Additional utilities fee for $100. Please be prepared to pay the application fee as outlined in the property listing. In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income. Please be advised applications are run on a first come first served basis. For acceptance applicants must meet our minimum criteria. For property specific screening criteria, please contact your leasing manager, in general they are: (1) Applicants must have a passing credit score (2) earn a minimum verifiable gross income that is 2.5 X the monthly rent. We also take accounts in collections and delinquency into consideration. Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application. For purposes of this application the landlord will require a standard credit, criminal, landlord reference and employment reference background check. If the applicant is not employed, the applicant may be required to show proof of ability to afford the apartment through other means like bank statements. Official identification is also required.
