This house is part of a Transitional Housing program and features three bedrooms, and office, a dining room, kitchen, private yard and deck. This home comes fully furnished. The house is part of the Hope 101 Ministry housing program designed to provide the first step towards housing stability for low-income Newaygo County residents. Applicants are required to have earned income or be employed to the extent that they are able. It is open to Newaygo County residents or applicants who have significant ties to Newaygo County. Participants pay a weekly program fee between $235 and $295 that includes case management, housing, gas, electric, water, sewer trash, internet and some food assistance. Participants who are accepted start with an initial term of six months but can remain in this program for up to two years provided they maintain eligibility by following the program rules, goals and guidelines and making continued progress at improving their level of self-sufficiency. We follow all Fair Housing Laws and Guidelines. This home is part of the Hope 101 Ministry portfolio of Transitional Housing program. At Hope 101 Ministry, our purpose is to facilitate economic, social and housing stability for our participants by helping them increase skills and remove barriers to self-sufficiency. In exchange for an affordable program fee, participants enter a weekly Self-Sufficiency program, renewable for up to one year. The program fee ranges from $234 and $293 per month and includes all of the support services we provide, a fully furnished home, all utilities and internet paid. The initial program agreement is for a term of six months but can be extended to a maximum of two years. Within this term, the expectation would be that participants would improve their level of capabilities and secure traditional housing outside of our program.
