I love being on the golf course, especially this close to the green, it gives me hours of entertainment! Shhhh, if you listen closely, you can hear the water lapping at the bulkhead around the corner. Generally, the birds, and sometimes the golfers, drown the water sound out. My lot requires a home to be built that's at least 2,400 sq. ft. for a single story and 2,600 for a 2 story. You can build whenever you're ready and you can use any builder you want. I happen to come with floor plans (blueprints) and a soils test already. The house fits beautifully on this lot. I have lots of trees, you'll get to keep a number of them when you build. Bentwater is more than just a place to live, it's a lifestyle. There's so much to do from wine tasting to book clubs to tennis, working out and golf.
