    Not only are you getting a great house to rent you also are going to live on the most fun street in Santa Cruz....14th Ave. is the gateway to blacks beach (part of Twin Lakes beach) with the best people watching experiance all from the front porch....the beach is only 18 houses away and there are no busy streets to cross. Blacks beach is a State Park with lifeguards and truly a heaven for families. We love dogs so we are allowing pets that will not chew up our house and bark a lot (we love our neighbors) and this house has a long driveway for parking or for kids/pets to play with a fully fenced in front yard and back yard. You will need to see this house to understand why it's not your typical rental house !! Renter is responsible for the utilities, most pets are allowed if trained and a non-barking, there is no garage but there is a large shed available for storage - Twin Lakes beach is 18 houses down the street, no busy streets to cross - There are two heating / cooling split units - washer/dryer stackable unit is in the house - this is our family beach house so we are looking for renters that will respect our house and take good care of it (Please note: We recently installed new siding (shingles) and new paint so the house will look even better than these posted pictures.
