Adorable Furnished Crystal Beach Cottage. Detached from the main house. One bedroom free standing cottage behind our main cottage. This is an adorable cottage with a porch and back yard. Queen size bed, small dresser, two nice big windows, ceiling fan, night stand, lamp, shift robe, and long bench for storage,( you will need to have cable installed if you desire cable). Internet access, and all utilities are included. The floors are Travertine. The actual address is 125 Crystal Beach Avenue, not 420. The locator for maps wont allow it to be changed here. You will have use of the main house for the kitchen, and bathroom. We are suggesting you obtain a small mini fridge for the cabin as our refrigerator is very small. The bathroom is a huge shower with 8 jets, a built in sauna, waterfall shower head or hand held. Also is a jetted Jacuzzi tub. We have a big front yard and private paver entry to the back cottage. There is a huge fire pit in the back yard and porch that you are welcome to also. There is also a nice hammock for relaxing right outside your front door. Washer and dryer are in the garage. We are two blocks from the Pinellas trail and 4 blocks to the ocean. The Crystal Beach Park on the ocean has a crowd every night watching the sunset, its a five minute walk. There is also a huge pier and beautiful park. Lots of places to ride bikes and explore. There is a breakfast/lunch cafe one block away and also an ice cream shop. No children or pets. No couples. Non Smoking. Background and credit check is $50. I've included pics of the main house cottage and the back house cottage for rent. The back house cottage for rent is the one that has a peach colored door and two white wicker chairs on front. Asking $150 deposit and this is month to month. Month to Month. $150 security deposit.
