We are looking to sublet our 2 bedroom apartment from mid-June to mid-to-late-August, slightly negotiable dates, for the Spring/Summer semester. We are located one block south of BYU campus, so the commute cannot be beat! Our contract includes two parking spaces in the lot right outside of the apartment. We have lived here for 3 years and we absolutely love it--we are just going to be gone for a Summer internship out of town. The apartment can be as furnished or unfurnished as you'd like--we will put anything into storage that is not wanted. We do have a full apartment of furniture and such, so you could have use of a Queen-sized bed, twin-sized bed, microwave, kitchen table/chairs, window A/C unit, two couches, rocking chair, TV stand, TV, BluRay player, kitchen storage shelves, small portable dishwasher, and anything else we currently have here. Rent is $550/month and we could possibly cover gas and utilities. We are hooked up for Google Fiber already, so the free 5mbps internet would be included, as well. Any furniture we have can be used during this time or we can put anything into storage that is not wanted/needed.
