This is a very nice well maintained third floor/top floor in a building with an elevator. Condo has a nice tiled lanai with outdoor furniture and a new table with 4 swivel chairs. It has great views of the golf course, trees and a lake. There is indoor and outdoor storage closets and beech chairs, etc are provided and bikes can be made available. In peak season (Jan thru April) it rents for $5,000 and rent in non peak months is negotiable. An annual rental is a possibility and I prefer multi month rentals. Foxfire has a new state of the art fitness center, pools, tennis, and bocci and the condo association has pickleball courts and a pool. Tenants must avail themselves of a social membership which costs $600 or a golf/social privilege transfer which costs $850. The club has a full social program, indoor and outdoor dining and golf leagues Foxfire has 3 nine hole courses which are outstanding and because there are 3 nines tee times are readily available.
