With five bedrooms and two bathrooms, this family-friendly home is ideal for groups. Conveniently located near the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, the VA Medical Center, and just a short drive to the airport, making it a perfect base for exploring Columbia. Within a mile of the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, the VA Medical Center, 10 minutes to the Columbia Airport, and 15 minutes to the statehouse, you will have easy access to all that Columbia has to offer! Guests will enter the home and find a spacious living room, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, two full bathrooms, and five bedrooms. The first two bedrooms are off the living roomthe first has a king bed, and the second has a full bed. The remaining three bedrooms are off the kitchen. While each room is private, they are connected in a walk-through layout. The first bedroom off the kitchen has two twin beds. To reach the next room, go up the steps and through the doorthis space features a twin trundle bed (a twin bed with a pullout twin). Continue through the next door to access the final bedroom, which includes two full beds and another twin trundle. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are permitted at this home. You must notify us if you plan to bring a pet to the home and will be charged a non-refundable fee. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard. The neighborhood is an older established neighborhood with easy access to 77. We recommend driving and offer parking for our guests. Uber and Lyft service the area as well. The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in. We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with our prior approval. To be courteous to our neighbors, we ask that you respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology.
