Great central location. Easy 3 block walk to the Gates Foundation Campus and to Seattle Center which includes Key Arena and multiple theaters, and has festivals year round. 10-15 blocks to South Lake Union waterfront, Amazon, Fred Hutchison Cancer Center, UW buildings and more. Also, just a few blocks to Queen Anne shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars. Condo is on bus lines to Downtown, Belltown, South Lake Union, Fremont, and the U-district. The condo is located on a quiet street, and additionally, the unit faces away from the street, meaning no traffic noise. The building has a roof-top deck from which to enjoy the fireworks on the Forth of July and New Years and the sun in the summer. The condo has a west facing covered balcony, with a view of the space needle, that gets afternoon sun which is great to enjoy after work. The kitchen has newer cabinets and appliances including a fridge, microwave, oven/stove, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. A newer stacked washer and dryer are located in the unit. Unit has a large storage closet/pantry and a gas fireplace. One secure parking space included. Additional parking is generally available to be rented from the other unit owners. $1950 a month includes water, gas, sewer, garbage and parking. We require a one-year lease. First and last month's rent is due at signing as well as a $1000 refundable deposit. $150 move-in fee. Cats and small dogs decided on a case by case basis with an extra $500 refundable deposit required per pet. Condo is available August 1st, maybe a few days earlier if needed. NO SMOKERS Due to COVID-19 we will not have any open houses. Showings will only available for people with approved applications. I'm sorry and know this makes it harder, however, we want to keep everyone safe. I have tried to include numerous picture to help from multiple different tenants and when we lived there to give you ideas.
