The new renter will only be required to pay a one-time $200.00 lease transfer fee. It is a clean, three bedroom, three bath townhouse with a washer and dryer, granite countertops, and all newer appliances. The townhouse is also pet friendly (up to 2 pets 40Lbs or less), and located near schools, shopping areas (North Walmart, Kohls, Bed, Bath, and Beyond), and a city bus stop (line 9).
