Master bedroom has a king size bed with 40 inch flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and private shower bathroom. Guest bedroom has a full size bed with walk in closet. Guest bath has tub and shower. Living room has wrap-around ocean views, overlooking the pool, with 55 inch flat screen TV that includes HBO. Washer and dryer in the unit. Kitchen has quartz countertops, glass-top stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and more. Dining table seats six, plus two at the kitchen counter. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. This is our second home. We enjoy the beauty of the beach throughout the off-season and share it with select tenants during the winter. We prefer a three month rental, but are flexible.
