Very spacious double wide mobile home it is on lot/rent land and can be moved to land of your choice. The price is of course negotiable but I think the space that this place provides is very exciting. It is a 1995 Fleetwood double wide that is a as is sell. It is a new water heater and a new AC unit with it as well. There are no major problems with this mobile home as well.
