Like I said, live in the downstairs apartment, so I'm nearby if you need anything, but the rental space upstairs is fully private and thoughtfully maintained for a peaceful, comfortable stay. This lease is for a fixed term of one (1) year and will not be subject to renewal or extension. Utilities for the property are shared with the owner, who occupies the basement unit. The tenant shall be responsible for two-thirds (2/3) of the total utility costs. The monthly estimate includes all utilities, including Wi-Fi. The tenant is responsible for keeping the front walkway clear of snow. All other lawn and yard maintenance will be performed by the owner.
