Really clean home. Updated kitchen. Energy efficient windows. Central a/c and ceiling fans. Has tile throughout house except for carpeted bedrooms. Single car attached garage. Hall bath has tub and master bath has shower. Large fenced back yard. Shopping center couple of blocks away and HEB and Target less than 1 mile. We require one year lease initially. After a year, the lease goes month to month. We will also do a lease each year if that is the tenant's preference. We do not pay any utilities. Utilities consist of water, gas and electric. We prefer non-smokers but do not exclude someone who smokes. When we lease to a smoker, we do charge extra cleaning fees to eliminate odors created from smoking. We prefer to make repairs ourselves but we ask tenants to keep the premises clean and the yard mowed to at least keep weeds down.
