We manage several units at The Palms of Destin Resort that are available for monthly rental starting November/December through early/mid March (dates and duration of stay are flexible but a minimum of 30 day stays). These are furnished units with wonderful resort amenities- i.e. outdoor pool/spa, fitness room, tennis/pickleball courts, onsite bar/restaurant, 24/7 onsite security team, and a parking garage (2 spots). Located across the street from the beautiful white sandy beaches of the emerald coast- some of our higher floor units even have ocean views. The Palms of Destin is close to everything but far from ordinary and where convenience meets comfort. We are an onsite management team so we are here for any questions or issues that may arise. The furnishings and decor of each unit varies (the attached photos are from just one of our units). All units have fully stocked kitchens/dining area, living room, in-unit laundry and outdoor balconies. If working from the unit, we may be able to provide a desk, office chair, and printer if needed. We offer three types of units: Junior suite units are 975 sq ft and offer 1 BR with a king-size bed and second BR with bunk beds (some are full size bunks) or a full-size bed. The junior suites have 2 bathrooms. ($1900 monthly) Full two BR units are 1175 sq ft and offer 2 BR with a king-size bed in each BR along with two bathrooms. ($2400 monthly) Three BR units are 1445 sq ft and offer 3 bedrooms with 3 king-size beds along with 2 bathrooms. ($2800 monthly) Terms: 1. Monthly rent depends on the size of the unit. The rental rate range is $2,450 to $3,550. The rent includes all utilities- water, electricity, cable, and internet/wifi. 2. Security deposit- negotiable and refundable 3. Cleaning Fee- mandatory mid-stay cleaning and departure cleaning (rates vary depending on size of unit and duration of stay) 4. Flexible for duration of stay but 30-day minimum stay 5. No smoking/vaping in the units/balcony 6.
