There is a large deck upstairs and also down, with a large outdoor shower, hot/cold water. Bring your boat, access to the bay is close. State park near by. House is furnished including linens /towels. The owner pays for water, cable/internet ,trash and yard service. Electric will be payable to the owner by tenant. Monthly rental, available December thru February/March. Just bring your clothes. All towels ,kitchenware ,bedding included. Pets allowed on per pet basis, a non refundable deposit for pet. There is space for small rv or boat parking.
