    What's special

    Hi! I am looking for a responsible subletter while I complete my second year of grad school in NYC. I can be flexible with dates, ideally covering either one or both semesters: Aug/Sept through December and/or Jan through May. I love this apartment, which is why I'm subletting rather than letting it go. It's a 2BR with the second bedroom used as an office space (could possibly convert to a bedroom). The high ceilings and large windows provide a lot of natural light and airiness. Central AC/heat keeps the apartment comfortable through the year. My favorite part of the apartment is the front patio, which has a table and chairs, as well as a sitting hammock. Great for people and pet watching! A shared yard is in the back and rarely used by neighbors. Tower Grove is one block away and has a weekly farmers market all year. Missouri Botanical Gardens is also right around the corner. Many restaurants and stores are nearby--many walkable--including several international food and grocery offerings along Grand Blvd. The Grove's many shops and restaurants are a short bike or drive (or even walk) away, as well. There is coin-operated laundry in the basement. Street parking is free. I will clean out closet and drawers, as well as be as accommodating as possible with rearranging furniture and potentially moving certain pieces out if needed/requested. Utilities average $100/month and include wifi, gas and electric. Please send me a note if you'd like to set up a virtual or in person viewing. I will ask for a security deposit of one month's rent.
