Current pet deposit would carry over to new tenant. Any number of pets allowed as long as combined weight is less than 90 lbs. Washer dryer hookup, new fridge, stove and upstairs toilet. Pool on site. Rent does not include utilities, Gas, Water, Electric. Lease is up in May of 2016.
