You can enjoy gorgeous sunsets and sunrises from 10th floor balcony and enjoy gulf view. We have carpet replaced and unit has been re-painted when we bought it. You'll have hard key access to the unit not the hotel keys that other Palms units have (gives you more security and privacy)It is furnished up to tv's and all kitchen utensils, all major and small appliances. We just bought new washing machine and dryer into the unit. But all furniture could be moved out upon request.
