I replaced the refrigerator in September 2024 and replaced the stove in 2023. Our laundry is onsite with newly updated appliances, located on the 2nd floor, near my unit. I also have a heated underground parking spot (on request) and off-street parking. Beach Condominium is in a quiet neighborhood on a road that ends at the property's entrance. A secluded beach with grilling facilities, bike trails, and walking paths is located behind the property. It is a great place to enjoy the 4 seasons outdoors, close to home.
