Public transportation is easily accessible, with trolleys and bus routes running along Chester Ave to reach the various areas of Philadelphia. This unit has tenant controlled electric wall units for heating and cooling. Tenants are responsible for electric and cable/internet. There is a $25 per month charge for water/sewer. There is a $25 month charge for Gas. Tenant must obtain renters insurance! Pet Policy: Cats OK with $300 non-refundable pet fee, Dogs not allowed.
