The neighborhood is fantastic. Most of the houses have been renovated in the last ten years, and its been fun to watch a new generation of families take root in a cool older area. Westcliff elementary is the most desirable school in the area with above-average test scores and good mix of kids. The neighbors are a great mix too, with some original families, a few older TCU students, and lots of young families. The location is perfect, close to TCU, Hulen, parks, and fun neighborhood restaurants. Its a great place to raise a family and still be close to everything.
